Portivy is part of the commune of St. Pierre de Quiberon at the peninsula of Quiberon in Brittany, France. It's very popular for tourist during summer. The whole western coastline of the peninsula is the perfect place to make a long walk and enjoy the fantastic views of cliffs and coves. Portivy is the only port In the northen coast. Every sunday, during the months of July and August, there is a street market close to the port.

Panorama of the Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The Rhine Falls with a width of 150 metres and a height of 23 metres were created by tectonic shifts in the Ice Age and are the largest waterfall in Switzerland.

Praia da Armação is a traditional whaling place at the south of the island of Florianópolis. Today is illegal to hunt whales and this pier is a touristic location where you can take boat trip to Campeche Island and other sunny destinations on this paradise island.

The Battle of Germantown was actually a skirmish that settled nothing. But we re-enact it every year and we have this grand monument to it. Now visible again after a couple of months inside a mirror box as part of Philadelphia Mural Arts' Monuments Project.
